1. What are your store hours?
-Mondays- Saturdays 9:30-5:30
-Sundays 12-4
-Holidays CLOSED
2. Do we ship products?
-yes, you can purchase products over the phone or online and we will ship to you any method that you prefer as well.
3. Do we sell gift certificates?
-we sell g/c’s in any denomination you would like and are happy to offer no expiration date. Unspent amounts will be kept as store credits not given out in cash.
4. What is your return policy?
-any items not worn, or washed can be returned within 14days of purchase with a receipt for a full refund, credit, or exchange. After that timeframe and with a receipt you will receive a store credit (up to 31 days after purchase).
5. Do you carry consignment goods?
-yes, but we only take consignment saddles in good working order for resale. Our commission rate is 20% unless you are buying a new saddle from us, then no commission is taken.( Please inquire ahead of time if there is room avaliable)
6. What types of payment do you accept?
-we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, cheques, and cash.
7. Is Marci there?
- No, she just has cards with her name on them.
8. Do you do special orders?
-we do special orders all the time with products chosen from the distributors links from this site or other sizes from inventory in the store. Shipping ranges from 10 days to 2 weeks possibly longer depending on item. Payment is expected at time of ordering.
